This has been my most successful test! I'm calling it done.
Methods of execution:
The biggest mile stone that I accomplished thus far is realizing that the Normals of the dress were inverted and were interrupting the simulation process; Another very important lesson learned was scaling the Nucleus world space down to centimeters per Mayas default scale.. Finally, the deal breaker that made everything come together was Key framing off and on a pair of constraints along the legs; this forced the dress to calm and not flip out of control during the spins and before and after each abrupt drop.
